Yoga Weekend Workshops - in Newcastle Buddhist Centre, UK

Held at the Newcastle Buddhist Centre, 3rd Floor, 9-11 Carliol Square, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE1 6UF

Both days of each weekend will follow the same format of: -

10am-1pm Dynamic Yoga
2pm-4pm Yin Yoga
4pm-5pm (Sunday only) - an Introduction to Traditional Thai massage

A light lunch can be found in near-by cafes
