Greetings from a rainy evening in mid-December. The fire is up and darkness all around. We are having a busy run of activities in the retreat centre, which is great for the harrowed bank accounts. We are slowly crawling out of the hole left by the pandemic, slower than everyone anticipated but there is progress.
Después del finde en el Centro Budista de Valencia tengo ganas de más! 🙏Si os interesa la Formación Completa de Masaje Tai, voy a ofrecer el curso nivel Uno de nuevo - Formación Básica en enero (13-15 enero 2023) como curso residéncial en Suryavana Centro de Retiros. Nivel Dos - Formación Superior (21-22 enero) y Tres - Posición Lateral hacemos en el Centro Budista de Valencia. Coste del Residencial Nivel Uno - 285 euros Alojamiento y Comida incluido. Son fechas un poco raras para hacer cursos pero voy a intentar a moverlo. Si conoces alguien interesado comparte la información por favor.

Hi all. I am actually hanging out in the village this weekend missing a much awaited Order weekend, which I would have loved to attend at Suryavana. However I am “frito”, fried, that is to say, tired and I need to do some family time, with pleasure and dog-duty, my new love! (We just got given a sheep dog by our neighbours. The kids have named him “Sonic” (after the movie character).
