hi all, I am about to head over to England. I am looking forward to a break. I haven't been "out of the valley" since August (2024). Bristol then Plymouth to see my beloved parents. It has its logistical complexities travelling with the family and having to leave Suryavana in capable hands (you can’t just shut the door and leave the place!). Looking forward to breathing the salty air, visiting old haunts, the Barbican, over to Mount Edgcumbe.

The Bodhiyoga teacher training has a new format of 9 months slowly unfolding and assimilating the Curriculum – a two hour weekly class (the time slot we can decide between us!). September 2025 to May 2026.

As you may know I am intimately involved with the Suryavana Retreat Centre project. Ever since we (Triratna) bought the property it has been in need of a dedicated meditation space! • You complete 21 sessions make the Foundation course, the first four months.

• Then over 5 months we work through our comprehensive teacher training programme, 20 sessions,  “The Art of Yoga Teaching”

• The classes are Live and Direct with access later to the recorded videos.
