Deep into the heat here. We are having a few really hot days (35+ Celsius) and definitely more challenging having to do all the jobs that make up Suryavana life. Shopping trips. Topping up the water tank. Repairs. Cleaning the pool etc. 

Right now Jesu, my wife, is on retreat which is a big thing. Being “at home” in Suryavana on an Ordination i.e. serious retreat, with some 18/20 women. 10 days of not doing family life. I am really pleased for her. She is helping me out too by keeping an eye on Suryavana.

Suryavana, Comunidad Valenciana, Spain 18th June 2024

Hi all. The summer is heat is slowly building up but we were blessed by a few stormy afternoons these days. A pleasant relief after a very dry Winter and Spring.

Hi all. I have skipped a couple months writing in. I am doing ok. We had a quiet month here (May) in Suryavana and soon to begin the busier “summer season” with all sorts of groups; Triratna and otherwise coming through the place. 

Spring has arrived more mildly than anticipated. The Winter has been so dry this year, everything so parched and craving water. Thankfully we had a few days of stormy showers giving some temporary respite. 

We “re-launch” Bodhiyoga this Spring with a brand new website (a shiney new Wordpress website), a re-format in the modular training and importantly a new price for the training.

We now offer the training at a new price of £1950. The price that we launched at in 2012 with our first training with Nancy, Kate, Suryadharshini and Tina!  

Was great to roll up to the Online European Chairs meeting on Tuesday. I was really aware of how much everyone there is working really hard on their projects and in their lives. Also it was wonderful to be presented to the Chairs at Paris and Berlin. Two amazing cities with two very different Triratna stories unfolding.
