hi all, I am about to head over to England. I am looking forward to a break. I haven't been "out of the valley" since August (2024). Bristol then Plymouth to see my beloved parents. It has its logistical complexities travelling with the family and having to leave Suryavana in capable hands (you can’t just shut the door and leave the place!). Looking forward to breathing the salty air, visiting old haunts, the Barbican, over to Mount Edgcumbe.
The Bodhiyoga teacher training has a new format of 9 months slowly unfolding and assimilating the Curriculum – a two hour weekly class (the time slot we can decide between us!). September 2025 to May 2026.

As you may know I am intimately involved with the Suryavana Retreat Centre project. Ever since we (Triratna) bought the property it has been in need of a dedicated meditation space! In 2000 I attended a yoga weekend organised by a good friend Padmadarshini and myself in the Manchester Buddhist Centre. At the time I was well into the Primary Series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and opening new avenues in my yoga practice after nearly a decade of disciplined Iyengar school training.
